Import time from any CSV
Time Trakkr imports time from any CSV, with a wizard that maps whatever columns your old tool exported.
What it does
Columns guessed for youThe wizard guesses which column is which, and you fix any it got wrong.
US or EU datesDurations work as decimals, clock format or export format.
Skipped rows are listedBad emails, dates or durations are reported with their row numbers after the import.
How to set it up
- Invite or import your people first, and create the projects: entries match members by email and projects by name.
- An owner or admin opens Settings → Import/Export and chooses Time entries.
- Upload or paste the CSV and select Preview & map columns.
- Check the mapping and the date format, review the preview, and select Import.
What it won’t do
- Create members or projects. Entries attach to ones that already exist.
- Recognize a file it has seen before. Importing the same file again creates duplicates.
