Time Trakkr vs Harvest

Harvest is the long-standing default for agencies that bill hourly, and it is a good product. This page is about which of the two fits your situation, not about persuading you that the older one is bad.

Choose Harvest if

• This is where Harvest is simply stronger. Invoicing and accounting. Harvest has been doing this for well over a decade, and its QuickBooks and Xero integrations, payment gateways and multi-currency handling are more complete than ours.
• You need to start today. Harvest is generally available; we are in an invite-only beta and onboard a few teams each week.
• You need multi-currency or a payment gateway attached to invoices.

Choose Time Trakkr if

• You want profitability and approvals without an enterprise tier. On Harvest, profitability and approvals both arrive on the $14/seat plan. Here they are not a tier.
• You want the assistant to do the work rather than describe it. Logging and querying time in plain English, in the app, in Slack, or from an AI client over MCP.
• You want your own domain and branding on sign-in and invoices — see white-label.

Price, as published

Harvest: From $9/seat/mo billed annually ($11 monthly), plus usage fees. Time Trakkr is free during the invite-only beta, and pricing after beta is not yet set — which is a real difference between a known cost and an unknown one, and you should weigh it that way.

Where a capability arrives only on a higher tier, the tier is named rather than the feature being marked simply absent.
