For Harvest teamsSwitch in under an hour
Connect your Harvest token and Time Trakkr brings over clients, projects, rates, people, and every hour you’ve ever logged. Your team starts Monday like nothing happened.
Paste a read-only token. We never write back to Harvest, and you can keep it running in parallel as long as you like.
Full history, not a summary. Most imports finish in a few minutes; we email you when it’s done.
Your team’s timers, projects, and approvals are waiting where they expect them. Nothing to re-set-up.
Everything you had, without the tier ladder.
Approvals, budget alerts, required notes, locked entries, and profitability reporting are all included here rather than sitting behind a higher plan. Invoicing, estimates, and expenses come in the same box, so the workflow you built in Harvest arrives intact.
Harvest pricing as published on their own site, 9 August 2026. Check it — vendors reprice without warning.
The things people worry about, handled
Every entry since day one, with its original notes, dates, and who logged it. Old reports still add up to the same totals.
Project, person, and task rates map one-to-one, including historical rate changes — so past invoices reconcile to the cent.
Hours already invoiced in Harvest arrive marked as billed. Run both tools side by side during the switch without billing anything twice.
What would your team save?
Tracking, invoicing and margin are free here. Even with every member on the paid plan, for HR, scheduling, timesheet approvals, scheduled backups, email from your own domain and scheduled reports, here is the difference.
Based on prices published on each vendor’s site as of 9 August 2026 (USD, before tax) — always confirm with the vendor. Time Trakkr Paid is $10 per member per month, billed monthly.
The same import runs for Toggl Track and Clockify.
Coming from anywhere else, export a CSV and the mapping wizard matches your columns to ours, previews the result, and imports only once you are happy with it.
