Starting your own workspace

There are three ways into Time Trakkr:

• An invitation from someone whose workspace you're joining. See joining from an invitation.
• Your company's email domain, when your company lets everyone at it join. See joining by your company email domain.
• Starting your own workspace, described here.

Anyone can start a workspace, free. The free plan covers unlimited people; your plan and billing explains what the paid plan adds.

Signing up

1. Select Start free on the Time Trakkr website, or Create your account on the sign-in page, then enter your name, email and a password. Or select Continue with Google.
2. With a password, we email you a link. Open it to confirm your address. With Google, Google has already confirmed it, so you can skip this step.
3. Back in Time Trakkr, choose a name for your workspace under Create your workspace. Its web address is made from the name, and you can see it before you create it.

You become the workspace's owner. Invite your team from Team.

Why confirm your email first

A workspace sends invoices, estimates and invitations to people outside it, from Time Trakkr's email domain. Confirming your address first means every workspace belongs to someone who reads that inbox. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then select Send it again on the same screen.

How many workspaces

One person can start up to three workspaces this way. That's enough for a business, a side business and one to try things in. Contact support if you need more.
