Time Trakkr has one free plan and one paid plan. There are no tiers to climb between them. See where your workspace stands under Settings → Billing; administrators can see it, and the workspace owner can change it.
Everything the billable-work loop needs, for unlimited people: time tracking and timers, projects, tasks and clients, invoicing (including recurring invoices and retainers), estimates, expenses, profitability and margin, every report, export and import, the REST API and webhooks, agents over MCP, Slack, Jira and calendar integrations, branding and custom domains.
The paid plan is charged per member. Only people with an active membership count; invitations not yet accepted do not.
If a subscription ends, the paid features stop accepting new work, but what you already recorded stays readable and exportable: HR records, bookings, submitted weeks. Backups already in your own storage are yours.
The workspace owner selects Subscribe under Settings → Billing and pays on Stripe's own checkout page. Card details never reach Time Trakkr. Afterwards, Manage billing opens Stripe's portal to change the card, download invoices or cancel.
Canceling takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, not straight away, and there is no partial refund. Until then the workspace keeps the paid plan, and Settings → Billing says so: "Paid until November 28, then Free." Changed your mind before that date? Open Manage billing and choose Don't cancel subscription; nothing is lost and billing carries on as before.
Billing may not be switched on for your workspace yet. Until it is, every feature is available to everyone, and the page says so.
Some workspaces have the paid plan, or part of it, at no charge: early customers, beta partners and the like. Settings → Billing lists it, with the date it ends if it has one. Complimentary access is separate from a subscription, so canceling a subscription never removes it.
The assistant can tell you which paid features your workspace can use and why: a subscription, complimentary access, or billing not being switched on yet. Owners and admins also get the subscription's status and, if it has been canceled, the date the paid plan stops. It cannot subscribe, cancel or change a plan; that is Settings → Billing.
