Time Trakkr has a public REST API, so your own systems can read and write time, projects, clients, invoices and reports with a token.
Authorization: Bearer <token>./api/v1/openapi.json into your API client. With little change for budgets: the project budget fields use the same names as Harvest’s v2 API.
Writes that need a person, such as logging time, take an explicit user_id. A personal access token logs time as its owner.
A Zap can call it with a token like any other client. The API supports the find-or-create pattern a Zap needs, and a 409 on a duplicate contact returns the contact that already exists.
