Reports → Coverage shows a grid: one row per person, one column per day. It answers "who has not logged time, and when", which is otherwise a matter of opening every profile in turn.
People with the most missing days come first, so the ones worth chasing are at the top.
This matters more than what is. The report never flags:
A report that flagged every Saturday and everybody on holiday would be mostly false alarms, and nobody would trust it enough to stop checking profiles by hand.
Somebody who logged two hours of an eight-hour day is shown with their two hours and is not flagged. A short day has many legitimate explanations; "nothing at all" is the actionable signal. If you want to find people under their capacity rather than at zero, the utilization report is the better tool.
You do not have to open the report. The assistant can answer from it directly — "who has not logged time this week?", "did anyone miss days last month?" — in the app, in Slack, or from Claude through the connector.
You get the people with gaps and the dates they missed, rather than the whole grid. It reads only: it will not log time for anyone or send a reminder.
One limitation worth knowing: a connection made with an organization API key cannot run it. Checking who was on approved leave needs to know who is asking, and without that the report would count everybody on holiday as missing.
Managers, administrators and owners. It is a view of everybody's time, which is a management question rather than a personal one.
The two most common causes are a missing holiday calendar — so their public holidays show as gaps — and time off that was never approved, which is not counted until it is. Both are fixed on the person or in the time-off settings rather than here.
