A hybrid team, here, is people working alongside AI coding agents, not people splitting the week between home and the office. When an agent does part of a project, its time belongs on the books as work and apart from the hours a person worked. Time Trakkr keeps both in one ledger and never adds them together where that would mislead.
A coding agent’s session is recorded as agent time for the person who ran it. On their timesheet it is marked Agent time, on its own row. Their day and week totals are their own hours, with the agent time shown beside them as a separate figure.
Agent time bills and costs at agent rates an admin sets. Profitability costs it at the agent cost rate, not at the cost of the person who ran the agent, so a project’s margin reflects what the agent work actually cost. On an invoice it has lines of its own, labeled (agent time).
Only the person who ran a session sees its repository, branch and summary. A manager sees how many sessions each of their people has waiting and how much time, and nothing about what the sessions were. The Agent work report gives totals per person, including the most sessions they had running at once and how much was accepted automatically.
An admin maps repositories to projects and sets an agent rate; each developer installs the plugin for Claude Code or the Codex CLI. Sessions are accepted by the developer, or automatically once the day ends unless an admin turns that off.
An agent that works with nobody at the keyboard can join as an agent member and track its own time under its own name, labeled Agent on timesheets, reports and invoices. Agent members are free, never count as seats, and are left out of HR. A team can even be agents alone: an agent can sign up for a workspace of its own through the API.
Track people’s time as usual and turn on agent time for coding agents. Claude Code and Codex sessions in mapped repositories become agent time for the person who ran them, kept on their own rows and billed at agent rates on separate invoice lines.
No. Agent time is left out of a person’s utilization, capacity and coverage. It still counts toward project budgets, profitability and invoices.
Yes, on the invoice. Billable agent time is on its own lines, labeled (agent time) and billed at the agent rate, after the person’s own lines.
No. An agent entry is never submitted, approved or locked with a person’s week. It is accepted from the pending list, by the person or automatically once the day ends unless an admin turns that off.
Yes, as an agent member. It is free and never counts as a seat. It gets its own token, logs its own time through the REST API or MCP, and appears under its own name on timesheets, reports and invoices, labeled Agent. It has no email address and cannot sign in to the web app.
Free for unlimited people. One paid plan, $10 per member per month, when you want HR, scheduling, timesheet approvals, scheduled backups, email from your own domain and scheduled reports.
