The Timesheet page shows your tracked time in one of three layouts. Switch between them with the Day, Week, and Calendar buttons at the top of the page.
Day shows a single day as a list of entries. It is the quickest way to add or edit hours for one date. Each entry carries a project, a task, and a duration, and you can start a timer directly from a row. Use this view when you are logging as you go.
Week shows a seven-day grid so you can see and fill a whole week at once. This is the view you use to review a full week before submitting it. The date pill at the top shows the range you are looking at, such as 5 – 12 Jul.
Calendar shows a month grid. It is helpful for spotting gaps and getting an overview of where your time went. The Calendar button only appears if a workspace administrator has left it enabled under Settings. If your workspace has turned it off, you will see only Day and Week.
Regardless of the view, the same controls move you through time.
The date pill between the arrows always tells you where you are: a single day in day view, a range in week view, or a month name such as July 2026 in calendar view.
Entries save automatically as you work. When a save completes you will see Last saved at followed by the time near the top of the page, so you always know your latest change is stored.
If your workspace uses approvals, you submit a full week when it is ready for a manager to review.
After submitting, the entries are locked while they await review.
Below your entries, a short status line tells you where the week stands in the approval cycle.
To track time hands-free while you work, see timers. To have entries drafted for you from your calendar, see calendar drafts. For who reviews submitted weeks, see roles and permissions.
